What is a home watch visit?
It is a scheduled visual check of your home and accessible exterior areas. We follow an agreed checklist and share observations after a visit.
How often can you visit?
Choose twice monthly or weekly service, or ask us to customize a plan that best suits your needs. Additional scheduled visits can be arranged for $89 per visit, subject to availability.
Do you provide repairs?
We identify concerns and contact you. Repairs, specialist inspections and vendor work are arranged separately with your authorization.
What happens if you find an urgent issue?
We contact you using the instructions in your property profile. Emergency response is subject to availability and is priced at a $150 call-out plus $75 per hour; vendor charges are separate.
Can you help prepare for our arrival?
Yes. Arrival Ready and Departure Reset visits are $125 each, or $225 for both for one stay. Each includes up to an hour at the home and an update. Groceries, additional time and vendor charges are extra.
Can you check my vacation rental between guests?
Yes. We can visually verify that your designated cleaner has prepared the property, send an update, flag visible concerns, and coordinate trash cans on an agreed schedule. We can tailor other support to your property and quote it in advance.
